Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Monitoring food waste and minimizing costs. Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and other team members. Adapting to changing demands and special requests from guests. Training and mentoring junior chefs in culinary techniques and kitchen procedures. Participating in the hiring and performance management of kitchen staff. Staying updated on culinary trends and new techniques.
