What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or café). Flexible and available to work at both Soho and Elephant & Castle sites. Friendly, professional, and confident in customer interactions. Able to multitask between bar and floor duties. Experience with cash handling, PDQ payments & EPOS till systems (training provided). Calm, patient, and team-oriented personality. Fluent English is essential; Chinese, Korean or Japanese languages are a plus. Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required. Key Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations from opening to closing. Take orders confidently and communicate effectively with the kitchen and team. Serve food and beverages in line with company standards. Handle written and electronic orders accurately. Maintain clean and tidy service areas, including polishing cutlery, crockery, and glassware. Follow all Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and Alcohol Service policies. Assist in setting up and clearing down your section between shifts.
