Who we’re looking for… An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fixed term Contract as a Maternity Cover Boutique Manager in our Icing Café and Boutiques, in Notting Hill. As a key part of our dedicated team, you will oversee the successful running of the store, making sure we meet targets and offer a great shopping experience to all our visitors. This will involve: Key Responsibilities Café & Events Operations • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the café service and all events, including afternoon teas, hen parties, children’s parties, and birthday celebrations., • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a role model for service standards., • Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver an excellent customer experience., • Manage staffing rotas and ensure appropriate resourcing levels., • Drive product sales and work proactively to meet and exceed targets., • Control stock levels, manage deliveries, and maintain accurate records., • Take responsibility for all security procedures., • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Food Safety standards. You will need… • At least 2 years’ supervisory or managerial experience within a premium or luxury retail environment., • A natural ability to engage with customers and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service., • Confidence in driving sales performance and achieving targets., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly., • Flexibility to work weekends and adjust your schedule around events and shop opening hours., • A positive, proactive, and hands‑on approach to all aspects of the role., • Genuine enthusiasm for the position and for the Biscuiteers brand.
