Requirements Proven experience as a Grill Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role in a seafood or high-end restaurant. Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, seafood preparation, and cooking times. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent knife skills and understanding of food safety standards. Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and delivering an outstanding dining experience. A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
