We also welcome enthusiastic people ready to learn with training and support. What you’ll be doing • Welcoming customers, taking orders and payments, and recommending favourites from our menu., • Preparing and serving filled focaccia, coffee and drinks consistently to our standards., • Keeping the shop clean, tidy, stocked and ready for service, helping with preparation, opening, closing and deliveries., • Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures, and flagging customer concerns, equipment issues or stock shortages to the manager or Team Leader in charge., • Looking after coffee equipment and following daily cleaning routines., • If you bring barista experience, using your skills to dial in grinders, check coffee quality, steam and texture milk, and help colleagues build their confidence.
