The Role As Kitchen Porter Supervisor, you will oversee the stewarding team and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, efficiency, and support throughout service. The role The main purpose of the role is to smoothly manage the kitchen porter area during the shift, as well as supporting the kitchen team if necessary. You will be in charge of deep-cleaning in the mornings, putting away deliveries and handing over the section in the best conditions to the next KP, or closing to the highest standards of cleanliness.
