Account Manager – Managed Services (MSP) A top-ranked European Managed Service Provider is hiring an experienced Account Manager to join its growing team. This is a client-facing role focused on building trusted, long-term partnerships with mid-market and high-growth businesses. The Role You will act as the main advocate for your clients — managing relationships, providing strategic and technical guidance, and identifying opportunities to grow and protect recurring revenue. You’ll work closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow relationships with key client stakeholders, • Provide consultative advice on IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions, • Drive renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth, • Act as the client voice internally, improving service delivery and processes, • Support compliance initiatives (Cyber Essentials, GDPR, risk registers), • Proven B2B Account Manager or Client Services experience, • Must have MSP experience, • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder skills, • Commercially minded, comfortable with pricing and contracts, • Proactive, organised, and customer-focused, • Work with a leading European MSP delivering 24/7 global services, • Strong focus on professional development, training, and career growth
