This role is not suitable for candidates currently in education due to the full-time equivalent commitment required. Responsibilities Sales: Engage in face-to-face acquisitions in various locations in the Essex area and drive sales and customer experience. Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure satisfaction, retention & customer experience. Marketing: Leverage your expertise to clearly communicate product benefits, effectively boosting brand awareness. Teamwork: Collaborate within the team to refine sales quality and tailor your approach. Client Knowledge: Provide information, stats, case studies and/or examples, and be able answer questions that customers might have. Listen: Take on advice from your mentor, to be able to grow your skills and understanding, and listen to customers and try to overcome objections. Meetings & Events: Participate in daily office meetings & optional social gatherings to grow your network and learning potential. Our client, a well-established, growing Independent Mortgage Brokerage based in Central London, are looking to recruit a fun, sociable Customer Services Executive to join their sociable team. Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the perfect candidate! In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: • Liaising with customers over the phone and email (50+ calls a day), • Ensuring all customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company, • Promoting different services that could be of interest to the customer (no push for sales, just introducing products!), • Booking in appointments for Advisors to explain additional products in more detail, should the customer(s) be interested, • Logging all customer interaction(s) on company CRM, • Minimum of 1 year's experience within a Customer Services capacity, • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), • Articulate telephone manner, • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), • Genuine desire to progress, • Annual bonus up to £4,000 (based on individual and company performance), • Hybrid-working model (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home), • Fantastic working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
