Role Description We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Merchandiser to own the trading and inventory strategy across our men’s, women’s and kidswear collections. This is a broad role within a small, agile team, requiring someone who can move comfortably between strategic planning and day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Director, Design, Product Development, Ecommerce and Operations teams to ensure we have the right products, colours and sizes available at the right time, while protecting margin and supporting sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Trading & Commercial Performance * Participate in weekly trading analysis, identifying opportunities, risks and actions. * Review sales performance by category, product, colour, size, fabric and season. * Monitor bestsellers and slower-selling lines and make recommendations on replenishment and exit strategies. * Provide clear commercial insight to support business decision making. Range Planning & Product Strategy * Analyse sales data to recommend optimal range size, category mix, colour balance and pricing architecture. * Partner with Design and Product teams to ensure collections are commercially balanced whilst maintaining brand identity. * Identify opportunities for core continuity styles versus seasonal fashion pieces. Inventory & Supply Planning * Own stock forecasting and stock health. * Manage intake plans and maintain appropriate stock levels. * Make recommendations on repeat orders for core cashmere and best-performing styles. * Monitor stock cover, sell-through, aged stock and availability. * Work closely with suppliers and operations on delivery schedules and potential delays. This position requires proactive communication with store teams to ensure product availability, alignment with brand standards, and a consistent customer experience. Skills & Experience * 5+ years’ merchandising experience within premium fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands. * Strong understanding of knitwear, cashmere or premium apparel is advantageous. * Commercially curious with strong analytical ability. * Highly proficient in Excel and confident working with sales, stock and margin reports. * Comfortable working autonomously and making recommendations. * A collaborative mindset and willingness to be hands-on in a small team.

We are looking for a manager who understands how to deliver a premium guest experience while maintaining excellent operational standards and strong commercial results. The Store Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the store, including sales, profitability, labour management, product quality, food safety, team development and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be visible on the shop floor, lead by example and actively support the team during busy trading periods. Key responsibilities Leadership and team development Lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate weekly reports, payroll information and operational records. Food safety and compliance Take full responsibility for food safety, HACCP, health and safety, fire safety, COSHH and accident-reporting requirements. Maintain excellent standards in preparation for Environmental Health, internal and Bicester Village audits. Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time. Conduct regular quality and safety checks. Ensure consistent portion control, product presentation and speed of service. Coach the team immediately when standards are not being met. What we are looking for Essential At least two years’ experience managing a fast-paced hospitality, café or retail operation. Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand store performance. Experience managing sales targets, rotas, labour budgets, stock and waste. Exceptional customer-service standards. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Confidence working with POS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
