We are looking for a confident, outgoing and commercially minded Retail Assistant to join our team, engage with customers and help introduce Microdot Tattoos to a wider audience. About the Role As a Retail & Microdot Tattoo Assistant, you will be one of the faces of CipherX, welcoming customers, introducing our technology and helping turn curiosity into sales. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes initiative and can confidently communicate a new product to customers. You will also receive specialist training to become an authorised CipherX Microdot Operator. No previous tattooing experience is required. Key Responsibilities • Proactively engage with visitors and introduce them to CipherX Microdot Tattoos., • Explain our technology, tattoo designs and application process clearly and confidently., • Convert customer interest into bookings and sales., • Perform Microdot Tattoo applications following successful training and authorisation., • Manage customer appointments, transactions and bookings., • Maintain high standards of hygiene, customer care and store presentation., • Support stock management, daily store operations and opening and closing procedures., • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver a consistent customer experience.
