Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist who specialises in facials and advanced skincare treatments. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in delivering a wide range of facial treatments, including advanced facials, skin peels, and bespoke skincare solutions tailored to individual client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydrating, micro needling , and corrective therapies. - Deliver advanced skincare services such as chemical peels, enzyme peels, and advanced facial protocols. - Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized skincare plans for clients. - Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service. - Keep up to date with the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends. - Educate clients on skincare maintenance and recommend appropriate products and services. - Support the team in creating a welcoming, luxurious environment for all guests. Requirements: - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 in skincare/aesthetics is highly desirable). - Minimum 2 years of experience performing advanced facials and skin treatments. - Skilled in chemical peels, advanced skin treatments, and professional skincare product knowledge. - Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols. - Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a genuine passion for skincare. - Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

About the position Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for. As a nail Technician you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional nail treatments and services to our clients. Provide luxury manicures & pedicure and nail treatments. Apply CND Shellac and other high-quality nail polish brands. Hand and Foot Massage Client Consultations: Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients from the moment they enter the salon. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Address any client concerns or questions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they leave satisfied with their experience. Recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients. Educate clients on post-treatment care and suggest salon products that can enhance and prolong their results. Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised according to health and safety standards. Follow all hygiene protocols to provide a safe and comfortable experience for clients. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other beauty therapists and staff members to ensure smooth operation of the salon. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and service quality. Fulfill ad-hoc tasks as directed by the line manager. Beauty Treatments: While not essential, it is advantageous to have experience in performing the following beauty treatments in a professional work environment: Eyebrow Tinting Facial and Body Waxing Lash and Eyebrow Tinting Eyelash Lifting and Brow Lamination Full body massage. What You’ll Be Doing As a trainer with Evliss Academy you will: Represent and promote excellence in education and patient care Deliver engaging and interactive training in a range of settings: Classroom-based theory sessions 1:1 practical mentoring Small group workshops Virtual and online learning Teach students techniques in facial injectables and cosmetic dermatology Provide treatments within our model patient training clinics Support the development of training content alongside our education and marketing teams Maintain accurate and compliant records of patient treatments and student progress Provide guidance on managing complications and student queries Offer constructive feedback to help learners grow and succeed Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture What We’re Looking For Essential: NMC registration with an active licence to practise Independent prescriber status At least level 4 in injectable qualification Teaching qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aesthetics OR 150+ toxin and dermal filler cases Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical practice Minimum availability of 2 weekdays!
