The Role: We are looking for a qualified Aesthetic Practitioner (Level 4+) with experience in injectables to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, experienced, assertive self starter, with excellent written and spoken English, smart and well presented. They will also be performance focused, have previous experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, and have knowledgeand experience of working with all skin tones. A minimum NVQ Level 3 is required, along with proficiency and passion for skin treatments, and laser hair removal knowledge and experience. Excellent waxing skills and electrolysis are a bonus.

Key Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydrating, micro needling , and corrective therapies. - Deliver advanced skincare services such as chemical peels, enzyme peels, and advanced facial protocols. - Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized skincare plans for clients. - Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service. - Keep up to date with the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends. - Educate clients on skincare maintenance and recommend appropriate products and services. - Support the team in creating a welcoming, luxurious environment for all guests. Requirements: - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 in skincare/aesthetics is highly desirable). - Minimum 2 years of experience performing advanced facials and skin treatments. - Skilled in chemical peels, advanced skin treatments, and professional skincare product knowledge. - Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols. - Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a genuine passion for skincare. - Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
