About Us:
Fast Charger is building London’s fastest-growing network of public power bank rentals. From cafés to gyms and co-working spaces, our stations keep people connected on the go.
The Role:
We’re looking for an After Sales Support Executive to ensure every unit works perfectly. You’ll be the main contact for our venue partners, resolving issues quickly, collecting feedback, and building strong relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct post-installation checks via calls and on-site visits
Solve operational or service issues efficiently
Collect partner feedback to improve our service
Keep accurate records of visits, issues, and resolutions
Travel across London 4 days a week to support our venues
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service, field support, or after-sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
Comfortable with extensive travel across London
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced start-up
