
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth within designated territories, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Utilise Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to align strategies.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry developments and competitor activities within the region.
Communicate fluently in Spanish to engage with diverse client bases effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or territory.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a professional approach to client engagement.
