We are all about cold beer, classic cocktails and wine. As a member of the bar team, you provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Must be available on weekends (Friday & Saturday)

We’re looking for a an assistant manager to join the team at The Boilermaker. The Boilermaker is an independent neighbourhood cocktail pub which opened in Dec 2023. We are all about cold beer, classic cocktails and good wine. As a manager, you’ll provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. As a manager you will lead the team, run shift and help with running the day to day venue with admin tasks such as rota, stock control etc. This role is 4 days per week (40 hours) and must be available on weekends.

We are looking for a bartender that is wanting part time work and who is committed to the job at hand. Salary is £16p/hr based on £4.56 p/hr in service charge guaranteed. (We guarantee the service charge does no go below this and top it up when necessary ) plus hourly rate of £11.44an hour. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry. A lot of our customers are very loyal and regulars and we are really looking for someone charismatic who serves with a smile. We are not an establishment that micro-manages staff, but are looking for members with enough experience who can do a shift behind the bar by themselves. Responsibilities include: Making coffees, cocktails, coming up with new cocktail recipes, recommending wine, serving drinks, cleaning down the bar, stock control etc. Someone who can also help out on the floor, running drinks and food when necessary.
