Located in Colchester town center, we are easily accessible We are looking for people who are 18+ with some previous experience in a similar environment, and a working knowledge of health and safety. Known for our craft beer, in‑house brewery, and smoked food menu, we are passionate about creating dishes that pair perfectly with the beers we produce. We are now seeking talented and motivated chefs to join our growing kitchen team. The Role We are looking for chefs at various levels who are committed to delivering high‑quality food in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with the Food Service Manager and kitchen team to prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
