La Felicità, c'est une équipe de 200 personnes qui animent un de 4500 m² 1500 places assises au cœur de la Station F. Demi barman Tes missions: • Tu participe à la préparation des ingrédients et des mises en place afin de réaliser un excellent service., • Tu assures la préparation et la mise en place de l'espace et les réassorts nécessaires au bon déroulement du service., • Tu assures un accueil chaleureux et contribues à proposer la meilleur expérience client à chaque étape du service., • Tu es responsable de la préparation des boissons et cocktails, de la rapidité d'exécution du service., • Tu veilles à la bonne utilisation des matières premières et est attentif à limiter les pertes liées aux préparations., • Tu veilles au respect de l'hygiène générale et au bon nettoyage du matériel du bar. The Role As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar during your shift, ensuring high standards, happy customers, and full compliance with licensing laws. Job Title: Property Manager (HMOs & Single Lets) Role Overview: Responsible for the day-to-day management of HMOs and single-let properties, ensuring high occupancy, compliance, and smooth tenant experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage HMO and single-let portfolios Conduct property viewings and tenant onboarding Let and rent rooms/properties, including marketing listings Rent collection and chasing arrears Ensure legal and safety compliance (gas, electrical, licensing, etc.) Handle tenant queries, issues, and disputes Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors Carry out inspections and report on property condition Manage tenant check-ins and check-outs Requirements: Experience in property management, ideally HMOs Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of UK lettings regulations and compliance Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
