We are seeking a skilled Biscuit Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of biscuits while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. - Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure product consistency
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results
- Decorate baked goods using our state of the art technology and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items
Experience: - Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of food production processes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking
- Ability to work effectively in a kitchen environment
- Experience in food preparation techniques such as cooking and baking
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is a plus
