We're looking for passionate, personable bar staff to help us deliver that experience every single day.
The Role
You'll be front and centre of everything we do — pouring the perfect pint, crafting cocktails, and making every customer feel like they belong. This isn't a job for someone who just wants to pull drinks and clock off. We want people who take pride in the bar, love a good conversation, and genuinely care about the community we've
built.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar experience in a pub, bar, or hospitality setting
- Brilliant communication skills — warm, engaging, and able to read the room
- A genuine people person who thrives in a busy, social environment
- Someone who takes quality seriously, whether that's a Guinness pour or a Negroni
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Nice to Have
- Personal Licence or relevant licensing qualifications
- Experience in a premium or craft drinks environment
- Knowledge of Irish whiskeys and wine
- Experience at making cocktails
