Key Responsibilities: Assist bartenders in preparing the bar for service, ensuring all tools, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients are stocked and ready. Restock and replenish bar inventory throughout service, including ice, beverages, and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing and polishing glassware. Support with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage of stock. Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure adherence to hygiene and health & safety standards. Work closely with the bar and floor team to ensure efficient and seamless service. Requirements: Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred. High level of organization, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and being on your feet for long shifts. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
