Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding salon experience., • Consult with clients to recommend and deliver suitable cuts, colours, and styles., • Carry out a range of services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments., • Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service., • Keep up to date with current trends, techniques, and products., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety., • Work collaboratively as part of a small, friendly team. Requirements • Proven experience as a qualified Hair Stylist., • Confident in cutting, colouring, and styling., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Professional, reliable, and organised., • A genuine passion for the hair industry., • Able to work in a busy salon environment. Working Hours We are looking for someone who can work: • Wednesday: 11:00am – 7:00pm, • Saturday: 8:30am – 3:00pm (with every fourth Saturday off) There is also the opportunity to take on additional hours while one of our stylists is on maternity leave. For the right person, these extra hours could become a permanent part of the role.
