The ideal candidate will bring strong experience, a positive attitude and the ability to work both behind the coffee machine and the bar as we build this new offering together. Key responsibilities • Prepare high quality coffees, cocktails and evening drinks, • Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service, • Support the smooth running of evening service including set up, closing and general upkeep, • Work confidently during busier periods while maintaining high standards, • Assist in shaping and developing the new evening offering with ideas and feedback, • Maintain hygiene, safety and cleanliness throughout the shift, • Represent the Kitch brand with energy and professionalism What we are looking for • Experience as a barista and/or bartender, • Comfortable making both coffee and basic cocktails, • A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt, • Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly manner, • Reliable, punctual and confident working independently when needed, • Passionate about hospitality and keen to help grow this new chapter Shift pattern • Wednesday to Saturday, • 3pm to 10pm
