You’ll be supporting the head chef, stretching and topping lots of pizza, working the oven and assisting with prep. This role is for 30-40 hours a week, we can be flexible though will include at least one weekend shift per week. We’re looking for applications from people who love dough and making pizza and want to work for the best. You must have at least a year in a professional pizza kitchen. We have a unique pizza made with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough. You should be confident in hand-shaping and stretching lots of pizza during service and be responsible for organizing the dough and food prep schedules.
