Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care. Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces. Handle and process payments accurately. Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Previous experience as a barista or waitress is preferred. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Positive and friendly demeanor.
