



We are looking for a four day per week experienced barista and hospitality professional. The role is Thursday to Sunday and must include both weekend days so please be available for weekend shifts.
You will be required to prepare speciality coffee to exacting standards using an excellent and precise machine and grinder set up. We prepare many in-house drinks so you will be taught how to prepare various syrups and other cold and hot drinks. We also serve craft beer, ciders and organic wine.
We specialise and lead with our ethical and slow food inspired seasonally changing menus and you will be expected to engage with all that we do beyond your predominantly bar role.
Alongside our restaurant we have a small bookshop and an arts and antiques collection and take pride in our passionate service and your role will include being a back up for all the specialisms.
Ideally you will have experience of similar, high quality, and ethically led establishments but we are happy to train the right person. Your attitude towards engaging with the ethos of Pritchard & Ure is paramount to success in this role.
