We're looking for someone friendly and proactive, with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. Weekends are a must, and you’ll be pivotal in creating welcoming experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: • Crafting delicious coffee and espresso based beverages., • Assisting with service and maintaining a clean and inviting environment., • Engaging with customers to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities: • Produce consistently high-quality coffee., • Manage and support the barista team during service., • Create and manage the weekly staff rota., • Monitor stock levels and prepare shopping lists three times per week., • Ensure coffee machines and grinders are properly calibrated, informing management when servicing is needed., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience as a senior or head barista., • Strong skills in espresso and milk texturing., • Confidence in managing a small team and handling busy services., • Organized, reliable, and proactive.
