We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Enoteca Rosso, a stylish Italian restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Kensington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism. Provide attentive table service, taking food and drink orders accurately. Recommend dishes and wines, offering product knowledge when needed. Ensure a high standard of service is delivered at all times. Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service. Maintain a clean and organised section. Requirements • Have the right to work in the UK, • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred., • Basic cocktail-making skills (spritzes, negroni, etc.) and confidence in serving drinks., • Good knowledge of Italian coffee styles (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and reliability., • Interest in Italian food and wine is a plus (training will be provided)., • Good spoken English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
