The Role We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Barista / Drink Maker who can confidently run the shop during their shift. You’ll be responsible for preparing drinks to a high standard, maintaining the space, and ensuring every customer enjoys a calm, thoughtful experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cold matcha drinks and a range of bubble teas. Confidently manage opening or closing the shop. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace and customer area. Handle payments and basic POS operations. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Provide friendly, attentive customer service. Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently. Requirements Previous experience in a bubble tea, matcha, or specialty drinks environment. Flexible with shifts and able to adapt to the needs of a new business. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Strong attention to detail and quality.
