Experience, skills and requirements: ● Previous experience as a Professional Barista ● Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso equipment is desirable ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ● Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. ● Ability to stand for long periods ● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays ● Level 2 Food & Hygiene Certificate
