Location: London, United Kingdom Role Overview We are looking for a well-presented and service-oriented Hospitality Assistant to support daily office hospitality and guest services. The role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and professionalism to ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests, • Assist with light food preparation (e.g. sandwiches, snacks), • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pantry and kitchen areas, • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner, • Support meeting room setup and hospitality requirements, • Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards, • Prior experience in hospitality, office support, or similar roles, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Professional presentation and etiquette, • Basic food preparation and pantry management skills, • Ability to multitask efficiently, • Positive, customer-focused attitude, • Preferred (Not Mandatory), • Experience in office or corporate hospitality environments, • Basic cooking or food handling knowledge, • Understanding of hygiene and safety standards, • Full-time, office-based role, • Monday to Friday, • Standard working hours, • As per the standard pay range
