Ensure waiters stations are stocked before, during and after service. Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times. Good personal presentation and hygiene. Excellent verbal communication skills. A hands on approach and positive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure. Willing to learn about specialty coffee and latte art.
