Shift Leader - Wood Wharf Wood Wharf 14 Water St, Building D1/D2, London, E14 5GX, UNITED KINGDOM £16.62/hour Part Time The role Crate Wood Wharf is our newest venue, and we're looking for a Shift Leader to help keep it running at its best. This is the job that holds a shift together. You'll be on the floor and behind the bar, making sure service flows, guests are looked after, and the team has what it needs to do their best work. You're the link between the team and senior leaders: the person who spots the problem before it becomes one, and the one people come to when something needs sorting. We're after someone who is open, honest, straight-talking, and genuinely good with people.
