The Restaurant Ambassadors Clubhouse is a Mayfair restaurant and bar celebrating the food, drink, music and culture of Punjab. It is part of JKS Restaurants, the group behind Gymkhana, Trishna and Brigadiers. Named after the founders' grandfather, a former Ambassador, the space draws inspiration from his residence in Northern India and the region's abandoned party mansions. It reflects the warmth of Punjabi hospitality through the sharing of food and liquor. The menus highlight the rich culinary heritage of North India's Punjab, drawing on flavours from roadside stalls, family kitchens, and royal palaces. Rare recipes and traditional techniques are carefully preserved, allowing the cuisine to shine in its most authentic form. The Position The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
