We operate a small portfolio of high-end boutique accommodation in the Chessington area and are looking for a hands-on Operations & Lead Housekeeper to take full ownership of day-to-day operations. This role includes cleaning, laundry, ironing, basic maintenance, weekend work, and occasional out-of-hours guest communication. There is a base salary of £16,200 (£1350 per month) and then a share of revenue (also paid monthly).
