The result of Max's extensive travels to New Haven, Connecticut, it is built around pizzas that are crispy, chewy and charred, a revival of his much-loved pop-up now finding a permanent home in the heart of Covent Garden. We're building the opening team now. We're looking for a Host to be the first and last face guests see at Lenny's, setting the tone for every visit from the moment they walk through the door. You'll manage the welcome, the wait and the walk to the table with warmth and confidence. This role suits someone naturally warm, organised and calm under pressure, who enjoys being the face of a busy restaurant. You'll work closely with the Reception Manager to keep the book moving and the door running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to help build something from the ground up.
