Key Responsibilities: Ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained, Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully, Maintain accurate records of food costs and wastage, Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times, Having the correct attitude towards the people arround you, respect them, help if needed, Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef, minimum 3 years, Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines A creative approach to menu design and dish presentation Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher qualification Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. We need someone with • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a breakfast chef, • Available for morning shifts including weekends, averaging 40 hours per week, • Flexible with days of work, • Able to work independently and manage a section alone
