As a face-to-face Market Research Interviewer at Ipsos, you will be at the forefront of gathering valuable insights from the public on a variety of important and fascinating topics. You will travel to respondent’s homes to conduct face-to-face interviews and ensure respondents feel comfortable sharing their opinions. You will explain the survey process, answer any questions, and encourage participation. Don’t worry, you will receive plenty of training! During interviews, you will accurately record responses using provided devices and meet daily targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Projects You'll Work On: • Public Affairs Sector: Engage in studies commissioned by the Department of Education, Home Office, and other government bodies., • British Election Study: Contribute to one of the longest-running election studies worldwide, understanding political attitudes and behaviour., • Millennium Cohort Study: Collect data on the development and experiences of young people born in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland., • Children of the 2020s: Longitudinal survey capturing data about child development, family context, and educational experiences., • Anti-Social Behaviour Evaluation: Measure the impact of government schemes aimed at preventing anti-social behaviour., • Barb Establishment Survey: Help shape the UK TV and advertising landscape with detailed audience data and insights., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Must have access to a car and be comfortable with traveling. As an Operations Support Agent you be working in a fast paced environment and adhere to strict timelines. You Will Be Responsible For The Following • Answering incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests, along with delivery queries., • Sorting and allocating premium and distance deliveries., • Checking and investigating (when needed) failed deliveries/collections., • Prioritising and re-allocating failures for the next day delivery as required., • Inputting data into our tracking system., • Maintaining clear and effective communications/collaboration with the team/managers and other depots., • Following FedEx processes, procedures and controls. As well as external regulatory requirements. You will also provide support to your supervisor and team members as required within the location, whilst complying with all local and corporate legal requirements and ensuring the safe and secure movement of all freight. An established engineering and refrigeration business is seeking an experienced Product Compliance Engineer on a full-time permanent basis to take ownership of engineering compliance across the organisation. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining regulatory compliance programmes to ensure all products placed on the market meet UK and international legislative requirements. Working closely with engineering, product development, and project delivery teams, you will review technical documentation, provide regulatory guidance, and support conformity assessment across a diverse product portfolio.
