Nurchr is partnering with a leading managed service and IT service provider to scale up their sales team and are looking for motivated BDA's/BDR's. You will play a vital role in driving sales for managed services and data centre solutions. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and networking.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach
  • Qualify leads by understanding their specific needs and challenges related to managed services and data centres
  • Educate prospects on our solutions and how they can address their business objectives
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, qualification rates, and contribution to the sales pipeline


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in BDR, sales development, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving targets
  • Experience with outbound calling techniques
  • Strong understanding of the managed service provider (MSP) and data centre industries (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients
  • Experience working in a entrepreneurial environment
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools


Location: London, Dartford
Salary: 35k + commission (OTE 60k+)
Office based: 5 days a week
