Job Overview


We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Business Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support across the organization. This is a full-time role based in Bradford, with hybrid and remote working options available.


Key Responsibilities;


  • Provide administrative and business support to managers and teams
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and professional correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support daily operations and ongoing projects

Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment
