🧡 Your Role as a Home Care Worker
You will support people living in their own homes with:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation and supporting good nutrition
- Medication prompting/administration
- Light household tasks & laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
- Shopping, errands, and community access
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
Every visit is different — what stays the same is the impact you make.
