Our work environment includes: • Growth opportunities, • On-the-job training, • Flexible working hours Job Title: Care Worker Responsibilities: • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility, • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals, • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor, • Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff Requirements: • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as full training and support will be given, • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, • Compassionate and patient nature, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures, • Proficiency in English is required, • Possession of a car is preferred but not essential, • The Right to Work in the UK.
