Blooms Care Solutions Limited is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants / Carers Based in the Sevenoaks district, covering clients across Sevenoaks,Otford, and Westerham.We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their well-being within their own homes.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various daily living activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting with medication reminders and administration, as required.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers.
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding.
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities.
- Performing light household duties.
- Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in a client's condition.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
