Chef - Italian Kitchen

This is a part-time position working 5 to 6 evenings per week. Its essential the candidate lives near the restaurant as the shifts are 3 to 4 hours per day. The candidate needs to be confident and charismatic and a quick learner.

Job Description: We are looking for ax experienced Sous Chef with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone trustworthy, efficient & organised to take care of the running of our kitchen when our head chef is off. Responsibilities include running the pass, ensuring quality and standards are maintained, keeping in top of all due diligence and EHO requirements, ordering, keeping track of stock levels and managing the rest of the kitchen team. Casual dress - uniform provided by the company. If you are successful we will keep you on a probation period of two weeks to make sure you are the right fit. Salary: £45,000 per annum ( including service charge) based on 8 shifts per week. Over time is paid extra.

We’re Vilamoura, cafe & restaurant. English breakfasts and Portuguese and Brazilian cuisines. Based in W3 Acton West London. Role: We are looking for a chef that specialises in Mediterranean/ Portuguese cuisines (And can make awesome English Breakfasts) -permanent position -must have right to work in the UK -must have relevant experience minimum of 2 year of professional cooking but are still happy to teach if not. Competitive Salary (£27k +) It would be a plus if you can speak Portuguese but it’s not required.
