We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our recently to opened Pho restaurant in St Albans. Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen. ++Salary offer of up to £41,100 per hour++ ++is made up of an hourly base of £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.++ Who and what is Pho? Assisting both the Head Chef with managerial duties and being a mentor to our wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs., • Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations #INDHGH

We are looking for a passionate full time chef / grill chef to join our team. You will be required to work evenings and weekends. Requirements: You will have a passion for food, with attention to detail, quality and standards and will be willing to learn more and work in a busy team. Tasks will include: Food preparation, ensuring food storage is appropriate, dealing with deliveries, checking standard and quality of stock, maintain standards of cleanliness, health & hygiene, clean and prepare work area at the beginning and end of the shift.
