We are looking for a strong Chef de partie who can keep the kitchen organised and make sure every service runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands on role for someone with strong cooking skills, solid cooking experience and a real understanding of how to keep standards high in a busy food business. You will be responsible for the day to day kitchen operation, making sure food is prepared correctly and the kitchen is clean and organised and ready for service at all times.
