WHAT WE LOOK FOR: We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year in similar role) and ambitious Junior Sous Chef. The right candidate has a passion for leading a team through guidance and training. You should have passion for food and showcasing great ingredients. This is a Production based role, you will be supporting the Head and Sous Chef. We are looking for an experienced breakfast chef to cover a 6 week holiday for a coffee shop / cafe with an easy kitchen set up. Shifts are a mixture with two/three weekdays off and working times are 7am - 5pm weekdays with a break and 9.30am - 5.30pm / 6pm. Working one week in hand with payment made the following weekend direct with Bacs and you will have training from our main chef. immediate start!
