We focus on traditional Italian cooking with a modern touch, utilizing seasonal produce and classic techniques. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our front-of-house. This dual role is crucial for providing an excellent dining experience, combining expert coffee preparation with attentive table service. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to high standards., • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently., • Serve meals and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery and presentation., • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction., • Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area., • Handle payments and operate the POS system., • Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant, including table preparation and cleaning duties., • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Barista and/or Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a busy restaurant or café environment., • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality., • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends., • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
