You are an essential part of our daily craft, supporting pastry production through curiosity, consistency, and care for detail. At Sourdough Sophia, we believe great baking comes from patience, generosity toward one another, and respect for ingredients and process. This role includes structured training within our Central Production Unit (CPU), developing core production skills across pastry and viennoiserie. You will work across both the CPU and on-site bakery locations, supporting preparation, baking, and service needs as required.
