We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize expertise in open-fire, grill, and charcoal oven cooking to prepare a variety of high-quality dishes.
  2. Manage and maintain the designated station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are upheld.
  3. Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
  4. Uphold the restaurant's standards for food quality, taste, and presentation.


Training will be provided on-site for the use of equipment.
