Responsibilities To assist in the preparation of all food mise en place, ensuring all necessary work is completed prior to the commencement of service. To assist in the prevention of pilferage from the dry stores and refrigeration within the department. To assist other sections of the kitchen in the production and service of food or the cleaning down of the section as and when required due to the workload. To remain on duty until the following shift takes over or until you are discharged by the Head Chef or Sous Chef. To ensure all recipes are executed following the directives of the Chef de Partie and other Senior Brigade members. To ensure all working areas of the kitchen, dry stores and refrigeration are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition, and especially after your shift has finished. To respect all regulations surrounding COSHH and Personal Protective Equipment use. Confirms with the Sous Chef any day to day special requirements or up-coming events. Carries out any reasonable checks to ensure all duties have been fulfilled during the day. Checks storage areas to ensure that proper storage and rotation of food takes place. Supervises and maintain good housekeeping standards in assigned areas, and follow up all cleaning programmes. Stiamo cercando un pizzaiolo responsabile, team player ed esperto di pizza Napoletana, per il ristorante pizzeria Meridionale. Il ristorante ha 32 posti, ed è specializzato nel servire cucina del sud Italia. La posizione è full time, gli shift sono un misto fra lunch, dinner e double, in totale 7 shift settimanali. Due giorni off, di cui uno e` quasi sempre di Domenica. Ogni shift e` di circa 6-7 ore e la paga e` di £80-90 puliti a shift (in base all`esperienza) Gli orari di apertura al pubblico sono Mon- Fri: 12 - 15.30, 17.30 - 22.30 Sat-Sun. 12pm - 22.30 28 giorni di ferie pagate Il lavoro è disponibile da subito.
